[2025 Summer Internships] Workforce Development
Organization: Results for America
Role: Summer 2025 Workforce Development Intern - Digital Content & Marketing
Location: Remote
Organization Overview
Results for America (RFA) is the leading, national nonprofit organization helping policymakers at all levels of government harness the power of evidence and data to solve the world’s greatest challenges. Our mission is to make investing in what works the “new normal,” so that, one day, all government leaders use rigorous evidence and quality data to inform important policy and funding decisions. We believe that data-driven and evidence-based policy decisions should be used to increase the impact of the over $2 trillion that governments spend annually to open opportunities and advance economic mobility.
Program Overview
RFA’s 2025 summer internship program will run for approximately 10 weeks, from Monday June 2 - Friday, August 15, 2025. Over the course of this internship, all interns will be immersed in RFA’s programmatic and policy work by supporting one of RFA's innovative teams in achieving their strategic goals. Interns will work on various projects during their time at RFA, while also enjoying a range of learning and professional development opportunities.
Interns will work virtually and will be expected to use their own internet/computers. Interns will also be assigned RFA email addresses for the duration of the summer.
Team Overview
Results for America’s Workforce Development Program partners with workforce leaders across government to ensure public workforce funding leads to meaningful employment outcomes through technical assistance, public goods, and coalition building.
Access to quality employment is vital for healthy economies, families, and communities, and the public workforce system plays a key role in this mission by connecting workers to jobs that provide safety, dignity, fair wages, and growth opportunities. By leveraging data and evidence, policymakers can maximize millions in workforce funding to drive impactful change, but effective programming requires tailored approaches. Our goal is to enhance government accountability, employment outcomes, economic stability, and community well-being through evidence-based practices.
