Nearly every company in the world runs on custom software: Gartner estimates that up to 50% of all code is written for internal use. This is the operational software for refunding orders, underwriting loans, onboarding employees, analyzing transactions, and providing customer support. WHY WE’RE LOOKING FOR YOU

At Retool, we’re building the platform that helps companies move faster by making it easier to build internal software. As our customer base grows more complex, so does the GTM machine behind it, and we’re looking for a Global Head of Revenue Operations to help us scale internationally.

This isn’t a “decks and dashboards” RevOps role. Our team is embedded across Sales, Marketing, TCX, and Finance, and we’re looking for a leader who can turn complexity into focus. Someone who can see around corners, connect dots across functions, and design the operating rhythm that keeps GTM running smoothly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead and scale a global high-performing team focused on enabling GTM leaders to execute with precision and speed across AMER & EMEA
  • Serve as the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, TCX, and Finance, ensuring our teams are aligned around shared goals and insights
  • Own GTM planning cycles (capacity planning, territory design, quota setting) in partnership with Strategic Finance
  • Design and evolve the systems, processes, and workflows that support our GTM teams—always with an eye toward simplicity, clarity, and scalability
  • Translate data into insights that drive decision-making, from day-to-day operational choices to board-level strategy
  • Build and maintain a culture of trust, curiosity, and continuous improvement within RevOps and across GTM
  • Partner with leadership to proactively identify friction in the customer lifecycle—from lead to renewal—and remove it

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH:

You’ll report into the executive team and partner closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, TCX, Strategic Finance, and Product. You’ll also lead a team of 12 sharp operators who value speed, collaboration, and pragmatic problem-solving.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Lead GTM operating cadence, ensuring tight cross-functional alignment and accountability
  • Build a scalable data and process foundation that supports efficient revenue growth
  • Develop reporting and insights that shape executive and board-level strategy
  • Ensure our GTM tech stack is enabling—not slowing down—our teams
  • Champion operational excellence across the customer journey

THE SKILLSET YOU'LL BRING:

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
  • 5+ years leading and scaling RevOps teams
  • Strategic, data-driven operator with strong systems thinking: you thrive on solving messy, cross-functional problems
  • Proven ability to balance long-term strategy with quick, pragmatic execution
  • Strong track record of earning trust across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product
  • Clear communicator who can simplify complexity and drive alignment
  • Bias toward action, curiosity, and continuous iteration

For candidates based in New York, the pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings (OTE) for commissionable roles. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Retool and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors such as (but not limited to), scope and responsibilities, the candidate’s experience and qualifications, and location. 

Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity, and/or commission/bonuses are dependent on the position offered. Retool provides a comprehensive benefit plan, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Pay and benefits are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefit plans.
