The Opportunity

We're looking for a Trailblazing Strategic Sales Director to lead business growth across the Western U.S. market. This role is ideal for a high-impact sales leader who thrives on autonomy, builds markets—not just territories—and knows how to convert C-level meetings into lasting client partnerships.

You will have full ownership of the West Coast region: identifying opportunities, creating market penetration strategies, and influencing dealer decision-makers with our tech-forward solutions. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role for someone who thrives in the field, is energized by challenges, and isn’t afraid to push dealers to think differently about their digital advertising.

What You’ll Own

  • Market Expansion: Own and grow the West Coast territory by identifying new business opportunities and building high-value relationships with dealer groups.
  • High-Level Sales Execution: Drive full-cycle sales—from prospecting to closing—with a consultative, challenger-style approach that positions Reunion as the go-to digital partner.
  • Technology Evangelism: Confidently demo our SaaS tools and translate features into solutions for real dealer pain points.
  • Client Strategy: Serve as a trusted advisor, challenging the status quo and helping dealerships embrace forward-thinking digital strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, retention, and client satisfaction.
  • Performance Ownership: Set and exceed ambitious sales goals, delivering accurate forecasts and KPIs through disciplined CRM management (HubSpot).
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movements to continuously refine strategy and messaging.

You Bring:

  • 5+ years of in-market sales experience with a strong track record in automotive or SaaS.
  • A network of dealer contacts and deep understanding of automotive retail dynamics.
  • Fearless confidence in leading C-suite conversations and reframing client perspectives.
    Proven ability to own a territory, operate independently, and close high-value deals.
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Gong, and Seamless.ai.
  • A strong grasp of digital marketing and analytics, with the ability to present strategic solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Availability to travel up to 50% across the West Coast for face-to-face relationship building.
