Position Overview

We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers. You'll play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities, setting demos, and supporting our remote sales team across the United States. This role involves heavy CRM utilization (HubSpot) and a mix of cold and warm lead prospecting.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Research and identify potential customers via cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Qualification: Conduct initial conversations to assess needs and determine fit.
  • Relationship Building: Establish rapport and nurture relationships through follow-up communication.
  • Pipeline Management: Track and manage opportunities in HubSpot.
  • Build New Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and set demos.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide insights and support.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and sales techniques.
  • Tech Stack Solutions: Utilize HubSpot, Gong Engage, & Seamless ai effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proven track record in sales or business development (B2B, Automotive and/or Home Services preferred).
  • 3+ years of HubSpot experience (Dashboards, Prospecting Dashboard, List Management, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Gong or similar call recording software.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
