UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 5 years of experience in designing and developing engaging user experiences within fast-paced startup environments. This role is embedded in the Product team, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to deliver intuitive, elegant, and functional interfaces across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions that align with business and user needs.
  • Translate product requirements and user research into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Develop responsive, accessible front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue).
  • Ensure consistency in design and user experience across all platforms and products.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and data analytics.
  • Maintain design systems and contribute to the evolution of brand UI standards.
  • Work in an agile development environment with short release cycles and a continuous feedback loop.
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, user-centered design, and innovation.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer in fast-paced environments, preferably in early to growth-stage startups.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design and development for responsive web/mobile products.
  • Proficiency in front-end development languages and frameworks (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Vue).
  • Experience using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools for interface design and prototyping.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and modern frontend workflows (Webpack, Git, npm, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience working within a product department and contributing to product strategy and roadmap decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with motion design/animations (CSS or JavaScript-based).
  • Understanding of back-end integration and performance optimization.
  • Experience conducting A/B testing or working with tools like Mixpanel, Hotjar, or Google Analytics.
  • Exposure to design systems such as Material Design or Tailwind UI.
