Mid-Market Account Executive
Revivn is a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through our end of life software platform. We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase new technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Allbirds we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling.
Please note this role is based on-site at our Brooklyn Navy Yard office with Remote Wednesdays.
As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will join a bootstrapped organization led by founders and a fantastic team of hardworking professionals that play a key role in guiding new customers on a journey with the most revolutionary End of Life platform on the market. As a team, we believe that partnering with our customers to craft relevant solutions that deliver long lasting value is super important.
What You'll Do
- Use your tailored list of prospects to consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by winning new customers
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and discovery to negotiation and closure
- Develop strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing key opportunities in assigned target segment
- Grow your book of business, pushing boundaries and achieving beyond expectations
- Stay well educated and informed as to the Revivn market landscape and how to sell the value of our solutions and services when compared to the relevant competitors
- Offer a product that customers already love, and often bring with them when they move to new organizations
What We Are Looking for
- A pure hunter who is not going to wait for leads to be handed to them
- Proven ability to self-source leads and effectively manage the sales cycle from start to finish
- Direct experience in selling complex managed software or usage based model which required highly consultative sales processes
- Highly motivated, impeccable work ethic who is willing to invest the time and do the work to exceed goals
- Comfortable with uncertainty and can thrive in a tight-knit, independent team without needing much guidance
- Creative thinker. Intelligent. Analytical. Possesses strong business acumen
- Philosophically aligned that prospecting is core to building pipelines
About You
- 2+ years of experience in full cycle sales
- Highly competitive- hates to lose more than loves to win
- High degree of experience utilizing Salesforce CRM
- Verifiable sales success working at a start-up and/or growth stage companies
- History of utilizing a detailed, prescriptive sales process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High emotional intelligence
- Constant situational awareness

For all job openings, we consider candidates with various backgrounds and levels of experience. When we give an offer it is based on individual skills and experience, as well as how that stacks up against other employees in the role. All of our ranges account for growth within the role, so in most cases, you should expect to join closer to the entry point of the band. You will have the opportunity to grow your salary over time.
The base range for an Account Executive is expected to be between $70,000-$80,000 with an On Target Earnings (OTE) between $120,000 and $160,000/year, including bonuses or commissions. Your exact offer may vary based on these factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, and experience. The compensation package will also include comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k) plan.
