Recruiter

Brooklyn, NY

Revivn is a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through our end of life software platform. We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase new technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Allbirds we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling.

We are scaling quickly, and we need a Recruiter who is self-driven, relentless, and committed to bringing in the right talent to help us achieve our mission. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, works well with all types of people—from bold founders to diverse hiring managers—and can handle high-volume recruitment across multiple departments. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with leadership and the People team to fill a variety of positions, including executive, sales, engineering and hourly roles in our facilities.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across the organization, including executive, sales, operations, facilities, engineering, product, finance, and more
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with leadership and managers from various departments to understand role needs, develop job descriptions, and create tailored recruiting strategies for each department
  • Sourcing: Use innovative sourcing techniques, leveraging tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, and other platforms to attract top talent
  • Candidate engagement: Actively engage candidates, assess their fit for the role, and maintain positive relationships throughout the hiring process and beyond
  • Manage High-Volume Reqs: Handle a diverse and high volume of open roles across the organization while maintaining quality in every hire
  • Maintain a High Bar for Culture Fit: Embrace the “Revivn way” by making sure  each new hire aligns with Revivn's culture and values
  • Streamline the Hiring Process: Continuously evaluate and improve our recruitment processes to increase efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and provide an excellent candidate experience
  • Recruiting Strategy and Innovation: Develop creative strategies to attract candidates across various departments. Think outside the box to identify new sourcing channels and improve the overall recruitment pipeline

What We Are Looking For

  • Self-Driven and Relentless: Ownership of the recruitment process and passionate about finding the right talent—not just any talent
  • Innovative and Creative Sourcing: Expertise in using tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, and creative strategies to find diverse talent
  • Strong Collaborator: Ability to work effectively with hiring managers, leadership, and other departments to drive the process forward
  • Commitment to Cultural Fit: You understand the importance of cultural fit and prioritize it in every hire. You don’t cut corners just to check a box but look for the best fit for Revivn’s long-term success

About You

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a combination of agency and internal recruiting experience (ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment)
  • Proven Success in High-Volume Recruitment: You’ve successfully handled a diverse and demanding set of recruitment needs, filling positions in fast-paced environments and understanding the balance between speed and quality
  • Adaptability and Resilience: You are comfortable with uncertainty and the ever-changing needs of a growing company. You thrive when managing multiple roles and competing priorities, keeping everything organized and on track
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You have strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of the organization, from entry-level candidates to C-suite executives
  • Detail-Oriented and Process-Driven: You pay close attention to details, ensuring that every aspect of the recruitment process, from candidate outreach to offer negotiation, is managed meticulously
  • Cultural Ambassador: You understand and are passionate about the importance of cultural fit in hiring, aligning candidates with Revivn's core values and ensuring that every hire helps to shape and strengthen the company culture

If this sounds like you, apply! If you don’t meet all of the qualifications but think you could be a match, we’d still love the chance to review your application.

We embrace diversity and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment. At Revivn, we encourage people from all ages, abilities, and experiences to apply. Revivn does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ancestry, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital or family status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, pregnancy or caregiver status, veteran status, or any other legally protected status.

At Revivn, we prioritize transparency about our salary throughout the entire recruitment process. Be prepared to chat about compensation on your initial screen so that we can ensure alignment. If salary expectations and ranges are out of sync, we believe it is kind to respect everyone’s time and may discontinue conversations.

But, here at Revivn, we ALSO believe in investing in the lifetime value of each individual we meet and interact with. (We love knowing good humans and supporting them in whatever they do). We know that if it isn’t a good fit at the moment, it doesn’t necessarily mean that it won’t be a good fit in the future as we both continue to grow! We work to remain in contact with prospective candidates if the recruitment process ends early on.

For all job openings, we consider candidates with various backgrounds and levels of experience. When we give an offer it is based on individual skills and experience, as well as how that stacks up against other employees in the role. All of our ranges account for growth within the role, so in most cases, you should expect to join closer to the entry point of the band. You will have the opportunity to grow your salary over time.

The base range for a Recruiter is expected to be between $80,000 and $90,000/year. Your exact offer may vary based on these factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, and experience. The compensation package will also include comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k) plan.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
