Product and Design Lead

Revivn is a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through our end of life software platform. We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase new technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Allbirds we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling.

Please note this role is based on-site at our Brooklyn Navy Yard office with Remote Wednesdays. 

About the Role: After several years of rapid growth, Revivn is poised to further refine and expand on our enterprise hardware lifecycle management solutions. The Product and Design Lead at Revivn holds a pivotal role on the leadership team, overseeing the development and refinement of the three core product areas: B2B customer products, internal operations products, and B2C resale technology. This role demands an entrepreneurial drive to collaborate across the company on product strategy and vision and IC design work to drive the success of Revivn's end-of-life software platform and ensure its alignment with the company's mission and objectives. 

​​What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with the CEO to communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with Revivn's mission and business objectives
  • Create and maintain a strategic product roadmap for all three product areas - customer products, internal products, and resale technology- ensuring alignment with executive leadership, company goals, and market needs
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure successful products, encouraging effective communication and alignment of objectives; Work with with executive leadership to design, deliver, and scale high-quality products, fast
  • Act as a product champion within the company, providing training, presentations, and support to internal teams
  • Design solutions that drive measurable business objectives

Key Activities

  • Drive the sprint and scrum process by leading sprint meetings, maintaining the backlog, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
  • Lead daily product and engineering team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and align on priorities
  • Regularly engage with internal stakeholders and key customers to gather insights and validate product direction
  • Own product requirements definition and collaborate with design and engineering on  final designs and user stories
  • Conduct regular customer research to inform product decisions
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and dev-ready designs
  • Conduct periodic product health checks and retrospectives
  • Lead monthly product roadmap meetings with executive leadership
  • Define and own key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in quarterly strategic planning sessions

What You Bring

  • 4-7+ years of product experience
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset and proactively understand and empathize with the needs of each department
  • Method for building customer empathy & proven experience building effective B2B customer software
  • Ability to seamlessly balance tactical and strategic problems on a day to day basis

The salary range for a Product and Design Lead is expected to be between $120,000-140,000. Your exact offer may vary based on these factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, and experience. The compensation package will also include comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k) plan.
