IT Infrastructure and Security Analyst

Brooklyn, NY

Revivn is a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through our end of life software platform. We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase new technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Allbirds we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling.

Please note this role is based on-site at our Brooklyn Navy Yard office with Remote Wednesdays.

  • Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Educate users on basic IT practices, such as password security and device management.
  • Monitor system and network performance to ensure uptime and availability.
  • Audit all SaaS subscriptions and vendor applications, detailing necessities vs expendables, and handle renewals. Ensure admin account, users, and subsequent provisioning make sense. Evaluate any new app that we are going to purchase and manage within OKTA if applicable.
  • Oversee user account provisioning and permission management for both internal and external systems, including Okta, Phoenix, Ziperase, and more.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding by managing user accounts and permissions.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Respond to and resolve help desk tickets or escalate as needed.

Facility Security Collaboration

  • Work closely with Revivn’s Asset Protection Manager to configure physical security hardware, identify risks, monitor systems and remediate issues.
  • Connect security tools like Samsara, OpenPath, physical cameras, etc to proprietary servers and configure integrations, secure backups, and ensure 100% uptime.
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering and Product teams to provide security insights and help productize offerings for our partners, such as pallet tracking and other initiatives.

What We Are Looking for

  • A self-starter who is eager to take on a role combining security and IT.
  • Someone who enjoys solving problems and finding innovative ways to enhance system security and performance.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
