
Senior Director of Strategic Finance
Revivn is a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through our end of life software platform. We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase new technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Allbirds we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling.
We are seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Finance to join our team. Please note this role is based on-site at our Brooklyn Navy Yard.
What you’ll do
- Conduct financial analysis related to e-waste sector to guide strategic initiatives, such as scaling remanufacturing capabilities and entering new product categories.
- Perform financial analysis of large-scale initiatives, including facility expansions, category diversification, and international growth.
- Develop financial models to assess the risks and opportunities of high- impact projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and sustainability metrics.
- Build and maintain robust systems for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to enable data-driven decision-making across the company.
- 15% domestic and international travel required. Duration and location impossible to predict.
What We Are Looking for
This role requires a Bachelor’s in Business, Accounting, Economics or a directly related field, plus ten years of experience as a financial analyst or related position. Experience must include: Experience conducting rolling forecasts, zero-based budgeting, and driver-based forecasting; Experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS); Experience conducting internal and external audit processes; Experience predicting and managing the inflow and outflow of funds to ensure operational efficiency; Experience utilizing automation tools, including robotic process automation, to streamline financial functions like invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting; Experience developing due diligence practices, integration, valuation models, and post-acquisition financial strategies in connection with mergers and acquisitions (M&A); Experience defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPI’s) to drive company performance, including ROI, EBITDA, profit margins, and revenue growth; Experience conducting predictive analysis and regression analysis to analyze financial and operational data for business decision-making.

The salary range for a Senior Director of Strategic Finance is expected to be between $180,000 - $205,000 per year. Your exact offer may vary based on these factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, and experience. The compensation package will also include comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k) plan.
