
Tech Access Program Coordinator
Revivn is a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through our end of life software platform. We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase new technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Allbirds we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling.
Please note this role is based on-site at our Brooklyn Navy Yard office with Remote Wednesdays.
We’re looking for a Tech Access Program Coordinator to own and scale Revivn’s donation program — connecting mission-aligned clients and nonprofit partners to maximize impact. This role sits at the intersection of social good, storytelling, and logistics — helping bring structure, visibility, and energy to one of Revivn’s most meaningful initiatives.
You’ll collaborate across Marketing, Account Management, Sales, and Operations to make sure every donation reaches the right place, every story is told, and every client sees the difference their contribution makes.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for nonprofit partners – from outreach and vetting to matching donations with their technology needs.
- Partner with Marketing, Account Management, and Sales to activate client-funded donations.
- Coordinate logistics with Operations and Resale teams to ensure timely device delivery and accurate reporting.
- Create and manage campaigns within the Revivn platform to raise funds and fulfill outstanding donation requests.
- Collect and product impact stories and case studies that demonstrate how donations create real change.
- Build and maintain an internal database of nonprofit partners, donations records, and impact metrics.
- Collaborate with the Data team to measure outcomes and integrate Tech Access reporting into client communications.
Who You Are
- 1-3 years of experience in program coordination, partnership, or community impact.
- Exceptionally organized, communicative, and resourceful – able to manage many moving parts across teams.
- A storyteller at heart, comfortable writing short summaries or case studies that bring impact to life.
- Motivated by mission – you’re passionate about technology, sustainability, and creating social impact.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where you’ll build structure from scratch.
- Familiarity with basic data tracking tools is a plus.

When we give an offer it is based on individual skills and experience, as well as how that stacks up against other employees in the role. The salary range for a Tech Access Program Coordinator is expected to be between $60,000-65,000/year. Your exact offer may vary based on these factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, and experience. The compensation package will also include comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k) plan.
