Procurement & Administrative Specialist

Fresno, CA

Revivn is a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through our end of life software platform. We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase new technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Spotify, we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling.

Please note this role is 5 days a week onsite in our Fresno facility.

We are seeking a Procurement & Administrative Specialist to support the operational foundation of Revivn. In this role, you'll partner across departments to ensure efficient procurement, organized administrative operations, and the seamless coordination that helps our teams deliver on our mission of extending the life of technology and creating a more sustainable future.

What you’ll do

Procurement & Spend Analysis

    • Serve as the primary analyst for company spending with a focus on reducing procurement costs.
    • Review, analyze, and approve all purchase requests and orders.
    • Lead negotiations with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
    • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing to contract execution.
    • Verify receipt of goods and services, reconciling invoices against purchase orders.
    • Maintain and optimize the procurement system to track inventories, ensuring accurate P&L balancing and reporting.

Administration & Operations Support

    • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including cross-department coordination.
    • Act as a liaison between departments to streamline communication and resolve procurement-related issues.
    • Take notes and scribe during key meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions and action items.
    • Assist with special projects, operations tasks, and other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

What we are looking for

Experience & Skills

    • 2+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience (preferred).
    • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to reduce costs and improve vendor relationships.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and drive insights from spend analysis.
    • Proficiency with procurement or inventory management systems, and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working across teams and departments.

Who you are

  • You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can pivot between structured procurement processes and flexible administrative needs.
  • You’re detail-oriented and diligent, ensuring accuracy in every aspect of procurement and reporting.
  • You enjoy problem-solving and take ownership of challenges, seeing them through to resolution.
  • You build strong relationships with both vendors and teammates, fostering collaboration and trust.
  • You’re eager to contribute beyond your core responsibilities, stepping in where needed to support the broader team.
  • You are motivated by efficiency, cost savings, and adding measurable value to the organization.

If this sounds like you, apply! If you don’t meet all of the qualifications but think you could be a good match, we’d still love the chance to review your application.

We embrace diversity and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment. At Revivn, we encourage people from all ages, abilities, and experiences to apply. Revivn does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ancestry, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital or family status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, pregnancy or caregiver status, veteran status, or any other legally protected status.

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
