Logistics Coordinator

Fresno, CA

Revivn is a profitable and rapidly growing company that helps enterprises manage their technology through our end of life software platform. We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase new technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Spotify, we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling.

We're looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Logistics Coordinator to support our growing logistics operations! This role will help keep our day-to-day logistics running smoothly by maintaining shipment visibility, tracking assets, supporting fleet and vendor compliance, coordinating transportation, and ensuring our logistics data and reporting remain accurate.

You’ll work closely with our internal teams, drivers, carriers, and logistics partners across North America. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, warehouse operations, fleet, or administrative support who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and keeping a fast-moving operation organized.

Please note: This is a fully onsite role based at our Fresno facility, with a Monday-Friday schedule from 7:30am to 4:00pm.

What You’ll Do

Shipment & Asset Tracking

  • Monitor active shipments, GPS devices, and telematics platforms to maintain shipment visibility and accountability.
  • Track shipment exceptions and quickly escalate delays, service failures, safety concerns, and other operational issues.
  • Manage GPS device deployment, recovery, and inventory.
  • Help ensure Revivn's chain-of-custody and shipment visibility standards are consistently maintained.

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate logistics data across Revivn platforms, Notion, Typeform, telematics systems, and other operational tools.
  • Perform regular data entry, audits, and updates to ensure information is accurate and complete.
  • Prepare recurring reports covering shipments, inbound deliveries, fleet activity, costs, savings, and overall logistics performance.
  • Maintain operational dashboards and vendor performance metrics.
  • Identify trends, discrepancies, and recurring issues and escalate them to the appropriate team.

Fleet, Vendor & Compliance Support

  • Maintain fleet, vendor, compliance, and training records.
  • Manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs), vendor onboarding documentation, and audit-related records.
  • Support CAPA documentation, claims administration, and other compliance needs.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure records and requirements remain up to date.

Scheduling & Operational Support

  • Coordinate freight scheduling, appointments, and transportation handoffs between logistics providers.
  • Serve as backup support for internal fleet and third-party white glove logistics scheduling.
  • Communicate shipment updates and changes with drivers, carriers, vendors, customers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Jump in to troubleshoot logistics issues and help keep shipments moving when plans change.

Projects & Process Improvement

  • Support logistics audits, system implementations, process improvements, and special projects.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, visibility, and overall operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, dispatch, fleet, or administrative support.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and multiple software systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with carriers, vendors, drivers, customers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and escalate concerns appropriately.
  • Comfortable monitoring active shipments and jumping into operational issues when needed.

Preferred

  • Experience with fleet operations, telematics, GPS tracking, transportation management, or other logistics software.
  • Experience supporting reporting, audits, compliance documentation, or process improvement initiatives.

If this sounds like you, apply! If you don’t meet all of the qualifications but think you could be a good match, we’d still love the chance to review your application.

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
