APERCU GENERAL

Nous sommes à la recherche de notre futur(e) alternant(e) pour compléter notre équipe pour une durée d'un an à compter de septembre 2026 ! Vous serez Assistant(e) Coordinateur/trice Commercial et vous aurez pour rôle d'être le support du Compte-Clé HMSM dans la gestion opérationnelle de son champ d’action. Vous soutiendrez la mise en place de la politique commerciale travers différents leviers :

 

PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS

Coordinatrice (teur) commercial

• Support du Compte-clé HMSM dans la gestion opérationnelle de ses clients
• Soutien la mise en place de la politique commerciale sur plusieurs clients HMSM

 

Client :

• Enseignes HMSM telles que Carrefour, Monoprix
• Assiste l'équipe dans la prospection de nouveaux clients tels que Leclerc et SU

 

Pilotage :

• Actualise le suivi commercial mensuel : analyse des ventes, DN, assortiment
• Assiste le compte-clé dans la gestion opérationnelle et l’implémentation des plans trades et promo

 

Forecast :

• Assiste dans la construction des prévisions mensuelles d’achat
• Assiste les équipes de prévisionnistes dans la tenue et l’actualisation des plans d’achats

 

Finance / Comptabilité :

• Assiste les équipes dans le contrôle et le report des budgets
• Assiste le compte-clé dans la mise à jour des tarifs et leur redescente dans les systèmes
• Assite l’équipe Comptabilité dans le respect des limites de crédit et des délais de paiement

 

Marketing :

• Travaille en collaboration avec le service trade marketing pour la communication des outils de vente à nos clients

 

CONNAISSANCES ET COMPETENCES

Essentielles :

• Appétence pour le commerce
• Qualités relationnelles
• Grande rigueur et sens de l’organisation
• Force de proposition
• Autonomie
• Sens du travail en équipe
• Maitrise avancée des outils de bureautique (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint) et AI (copilot) serait un plus

 

FORMATION ET EXPERIENCE

• Bac+ 3 à Bac +5 : Commerce
• Une première expérience en commerce en FMCG est un plus
