Overview:

El Team Leader trabaja en distintas áreas del almacén y su responsabilidad es la coordinación del equipo asignado al área.

Deberá supervisar la operativa diaria con los recursos asignados y asegurar que se realizan todas las actividades en tiempo y siguiendo los estándares de calidad, GMP y PRL marcados por la compañía.

Responsibilities:

• Control de la actividad del área para asegurar que se cumplen todos los procedimientos establecidos de seguridad, calidad y a tiempo.
• Decide el enfoque de las tareas y desarrolla el plan para su cumplimiento en base a su conocimiento técnico y en acuerdo con el coordinador de almacén asignado al área.
• Dar soporte al coordinador warehouse asignado al área en el control de los KPIs marcados creando planes de acción para cumplir con los objetivos marcados.
• Participar en las reuniones diarias, semanales y mensuales para realizar el seguimiento y el estado de los planes de acción.
• Controlar la productividad diaria del equipo.
• Control el cumplimiento y mantenimiento de las 6-S en el área.
• Como Comunicador diligente, distribuye la información a los miembros de su equipo y sirve de puente de comunicación con las partes interesadas.
• Tener el control estricto del grupo de trabajo y vigilar que se cumpla en plan estratégico en los respecta al manejo de los recursos y el uso del tiempo.
• Mantener a su equipo motivado y enfocado en movimiento, reforzando positivamente la realización de todas las actividades.
• Capacitar a todos los miembros de su equipo para que desplieguen su potencial a través de la formación continua y el enfoque a la consecución de los mejores resultados para la empresa.
• Respetar y cumplir las indicaciones de sus superiores.
• Fomentar un ambiente enfocado en la mejora continua.

Education

• Minimo Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio, deseable CFGS en Logística o similar.

Experience

De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en ambiente industrial o logístico en puesto similar.
