Overview: Our team here at Revolution is looking for a dedicated Cultivator to support our growing operations. This hands-on position involves all aspects of plant cultivation, from cloning to harvest, while maintaining strict adherence to quality control and biosecurity protocols. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to following standardized procedures in a regulated environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Essential Functions:

  • Cultivate the highest quality medical and adult use cannabis following standard operating procedures
  • Clone, transplant, and maintain healthy plants through vegetative and flowering stages
  • Perform integrated pest management following standard operating procedure
  • Maintain a clean workspace to prevent cross-contamination
  • Perform quality assurance checks during cultivation
  • Weigh and record data in accordance with standard operating procedure
  • Basic cannabis anatomy knowledge a plus
  • Adhere to biosecurity measures to prevent cross contamination
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Great attitude and ability to follow direction

Minimum Education and Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age requirement 21
  • Passion for medical cannabis
  • High School diploma or GED required, some college education preferred
  • Ability to work some weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in greenhouse like conditions
  • Ability to maintain clean, bio-secure workspace
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to hand trim with sheers for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to successfully pass a thorough internal and external background check including criminal history check by the State Police and FBI
  • Ability to obtain a Cultivation Registration Identification Card from the AR Department of Agriculture

Additional Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
  • Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks.
  • Must be able to tolerate strong odors in the workplace
  • Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as visual inspection involving small parts/details. Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions.

Work Schedule:

  • 40+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on department needs.
  • Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
