You will be instrumental in the successful transition from another CRM system, working closely with various teams to align marketing automation efforts with business objectives and provide administrative support for Marketo and CRM data integrity. Your role will drive impactful outreach and support multiple functions by ensuring a smooth, efficient transition and the ongoing optimization of a Marketo instance.

Responsibilities:

  • Systems Integration Expertise: Lead the critical integrations between Marketo, Salesforce, and other data tools to ensure seamless data flow, accurate lead tracking throughout the migration and beyond, and consistent reporting across platforms.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with revenue operations, sales, and customer success teams throughout the migration and Marketo implementation, aligning marketing automation initiatives with broader business goals and refining strategies based on real-time feedback and objectives.
  • Performance Analytics & Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis on campaign performance across multiple metrics (email, landing pages, conversion rates) within the new Marketo environment, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize strategies and the effectiveness of AI personalization efforts.
  • Documentation, Standardization, and Training: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Marketo processes, templates, and configurations, ensuring easy replication, consistency, and facilitating effective training for marketing users to enable self-service campaign execution.
  • Innovation & Continuous Learning: Stay current on Marketo product updates, particularly regarding AI-powered features, and drive continuous improvements in our marketing capabilities, identifying emerging tools and strategies to further enhance personalization and automation efficiencies post-migration.

Qualifications:

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
