RevX is looking for an Director - Business Development to expand our footprint in the US market by driving new business opportunities and fostering strategic partnerships with mobile advertisers. This is a high-impact role that requires a proven deal-maker who understands the nuances of digital ad campaigns across all screens and the programmatic advertising ecosystem. You’ll work closely with app developers, performance marketers, agencies, and mobile-first brands to help them scale their app growth through RevX’s solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales Strategy

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with mobile-first brands, app developers, and agencies in gaming, e-commerce, fintech, subscription, and on-demand verticals.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, with a strong emphasis on consultative selling and solution-based sales.
  • Develop account-based strategies to penetrate key accounts and drive long-term partnerships.
  • Lead pitches and presentations tailored to the unique needs of US-based mobile advertisers, positioning RevX as a strategic growth partner.

Market Expansion & Strategic Partnerships

  • Expand RevX’s market share in the highly competitive US app marketing ecosystem, particularly in performance-driven advertising.
  • Build and nurture relationships with leading mobile measurement partners (MMPs), demand-side platforms (DSPs), and agency partners to enhance RevX’s positioning.
  • Stay on top of US market trends, including privacy regulations (e.g., ATT, GDPR, CCPA) and shifts in AdTech and mobile growth strategies.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of campaigns.
  • Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to drive sustainable growth, and go-to-market strategies for the US.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to leverage synergies across creative automation and performance marketing solutions

 

What Success Looks Like in This Role:

  • Revenue & Growth: Drive revenue growth by closing new business deals and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Pipeline Development: Build a healthy and predictable pipeline with a clear path to quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Market Penetration: Successfully establish RevX as a leading mobile performance DSP for app businesses in the US.
  • Customer Satisfaction & Retention: Ensure high client satisfaction and campaign performance that leads to renewals and account expansion.
  • Industry Influence: Represent RevX at mobile and AdTech industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.

 

Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of business development or sales experience in mobile advertising, programmatic, or AdTech, with a strong network in the US market.
  • Deep understanding of RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, and programmatic advertising mechanics.
  • Experience selling performance-driven advertising solutions, particularly user acquisition, app retargeting, and CTV.
  • Hands-on experience working with MMPs (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, Singular, Kochava) and attribution tracking for mobile campaigns.
  • Proven ability to sell to decision-makers at mobile-first companies, including growth marketers, user acquisition managers, and media buyers.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data and optimize client strategies.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with gaming, e-commerce, fintech, or subscription-based mobile apps.
  • Familiarity with iOS 14+ privacy changes, SKAdNetwork, and alternative attribution models.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment with an ability to thrive under pressure.
