With its increasing global client footprint, advertisers from all app categories are trusting RevX to deliver everyday incremental value in achieving their growth objectives. To enhance the quality, scope, and scale of our delivery capabilities, RevX is looking to expand its Sales team with talented team players who share a passion for business ownership, advertising data, programmatic performance, and holistic collaboration with internal/external stakeholders.
As part of this expansion, we are looking for a Sales Manager to own and scale the Brazil market. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role with strong autonomy, where you will be responsible for building pipeline from scratch, closing new business, and establishing RevX’s presence in one of the most strategic markets in LATAM.

What you will be doing
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure of contracts with advertisers and agencies to run mobile advertising campaigns (App Retargeting and Programmatic UA) on our DSP platform
- Build and manage your own pipeline in Brazil, identifying and engaging high-potential app-first companies across verticals such as Gaming, eCommerce, FinTech, Travel, On-Demand, and Entertainment
- Collaborate closely with the global marketing team to drive brand awareness in Brazil and represent RevX at key AdTech and mobile industry events
- Act as the main commercial owner for the Brazil market, working autonomously while leveraging global support teams
- Understand, learn, and expand your space of action across different advertiser verticals and use cases
- Take initiative and collaborate with multiple functions including Campaign Management, RevOps, TSE, Design, Supply, Engineering, Product Management, and Finance
- Work with Product, Tech, and Data Science teams to provide structured market feedback and influence product evolution
- Own early-stage client relationships and ensure strong onboarding alignment before transitioning accounts to Customer Success
Skills and qualifications
- Strong experience in AdTech / programmatic advertising
- Proven track record selling mobile performance solutions (UA, retargeting, DSP)
- Deep understanding of the RTB ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch)
- Hunter mindset with ability to build pipeline from scratch and close deals independently
- Experience working with both agencies and direct advertisers
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data in commercial conversations
- Ability to operate autonomously in a market-building role
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, results-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
