Job Overview
The Client Onboarding Specialist is responsible for ensuring a smooth and fast onboarding experience for Rewards Network customers. Client data and contract packages are reviewed to ensure accurate information is available for servicing throughout the customer life cycle. The position interacts with the sales team and other operational areas and therefore requires cross functional collaboration and teamwork.
This is a hybrid position and requires in office presence 2 days a week in Chicago.
What you’ll bring to the table: (Responsibilities)
- Review client contract packages with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Interact with sales to collect missing or incorrect documentation and resolve paperwork issues.
- Accurately enter client data into system to create client accounts.
- Verify appropriate approval authority and documentation prior to processing client fundings.
- Identify and escalate potential risks or issues that could impact onboarding timelines
- Overtime may be required based on business needs and is mandatory during the last week of each month.

- High school diploma or equivalency
- Minimum 2 years customer service or operations experience
- Acute attention to detail and accuracy.
- Extremely well-organized, with excellent follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive documents with extreme care and confidentiality.
- Self-motivated and the ability to execute and deliver results under strict deadlines.
- Ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines while responding to frequent demands of multiple customers (internal and external)
Education, Certifications and Experience: Preferred

• This is a full-time, nonexempt position; the base compensation for this opening is expected to be $23.00-$26.45 per hour which equates to $47,840- $55,016 annualized and is based on candidate experience, skills, and other factors.
