The Project Delivery Manager for RF-SMART is part of our NetSuite implementation team. We are seeking a strong practice-oriented individual with experience in management and software implementations.
Who We're Looking For
The Project Delivery Manager will be responsible for the management and oversight of the NetSuite Professional Services Project Management team. They must possess and understand the skills needed by the team and have the skills to coach, mentor, and develop the staff as required. They will serve as the point of escalation for all active PM led projects which require oversight for key accounts. Other responsibilities include overseeing departmental procedures and processes for efficiency, resource planning and allocation, and tracking key metrics including utilization. This requires excellent management, delegation, and organizational skills to prioritize resources and tasks, maintain project profitability targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.
A Project Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key duties include risk management, adapting to changes, and facilitating collaboration to achieve project objectives from initiation to completion.
What You'll Do:
- Coach, mentor, and develop staff including career development planning and performance feedback
- Lead the project management team to achieve productivity, quality, and organizational goals.
- Oversee project teams, ensuring deliverables meet requirements and quality standards.
- Facilitate coordination of internal resources and third-party vendors where necessary.
- Continuously refine and implement project delivery methodologies and process improvements.
- Monitor and report on project deliverables, internal KPIs, and billable hour utilization to ensure targets are met.
- Coordinate with Customer Success for account transitions
- Serve as the primary escalation point for PM-led projects, proactively identifying and addressing customer escalation and project risks (budget, timeline, functionality)
- Coordinate project management resources assignment across all active projects
- Oversee hiring and new employee onboarding for the project management team.
- Enforce standards from project inception to project closure and handoff to support
- Travel expectations 10 - 20%

Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5+ years Project Management and/or consulting experience, preferably in the warehousing industry
