Who We're Looking For
 
RF-SMART is seeking a Agile Delivery Specialist (Scrum Master) to join our Products group in our US East Office located in Jacksonville, FL, as we continue to grow. This role is responsible for guiding, motivating, and leading a software development team. Technical expertise, strategic experience, and strong leadership skills are all expected from this important role. The Agile Delivery Specialist will help our Products Team accomplish its goals and directly impact our ability to accomplish our mission by helping to deliver our software products to the marketplace.
 
What You'll Do:
  • Comprehensive understanding of agile methodologies 
  • Support 2-4 Agile Development teams
  • Oversee process and coach the team; ensure the process is followed
  • Document and communicate expectations, investigate problems, and drive team to resolutions
  • Guide and share team-oriented behaviors and interactions 
  • Facilitate Scrum meetings to ensure full team engagement
  • Remove impediments
  • Report on team KPIs
  • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
  • Interfaces with product leadership regarding status of deadlines, throughput metrics, and roadmap progress
  • Recommend and oversee process improvements
  • Has considerable business impact through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
  • Provide expertise in Agile and understands the principles of Product leadership
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of how Sales, Services, Support, and Products work together to contribute toward achieving business objectives
  • Directly impact the business by influencing strategic process decisions through advice, counsel, or provided services
  • Act as an advisor or coach to newer members of the team
  • Provide in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions
  • Persuade and influence others through comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills
 
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
  • CSM/PSM 1 Certification preferred
  • Previous work experience in Business analysis and/or product engineering
  • 2 years' experience in a related technology role and subject matter expert in overall field
  • Certified Scrum Master or comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies and principles
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication written/verbal skills
  • Previous experience in leading/managing business processes within a software as a service (SaaS) model is preferred
  • Previous experience using NetSuite is desired but not necessary
