About Rhino
Rhino Federated Computing Rhino solves one of the biggest challenges in AI: seamlessly connecting siloed data through federated computing. The Rhino Federated Computing Platform (Rhino FCP) serves as the ‘data collaboration tech stack’, extending from providing computing resources to data preparation & discoverability, to model development & monitoring - all in a secure, privacy preserving environment. To do this, Rhino FCP offers flexible architecture (multi-cloud and on-prem hardware), end-to-end data management workflows (multimodal data, schema definition, harmonization, and visualization), privacy enhancing technologies (e.g., differential privacy), and allows for the secure deployment of custom code & 3rd party applications via persistent data pipelines. Rhino is trusted by >60 leading organizations worldwide - including 14 of 20 of Newsweek’s ‘Best Smart Hospitals’ and top 20 global biopharma companies - and is leveraging this foundation for financial services, ecommerce, and beyond.
The company is headquartered in Boston, with an R&D center in Tel Aviv.
About the Role
We are seeking a Chief of Staff with both strong strategy as well as execution skills, and a bias toward action - someone who can turn plans into results, eliminate bottlenecks, and help the company scale. You’ll work directly with the CEO and management team to drive alignment across functions, manage high-priority initiatives, and ensure that decisions translate into tangible outcomes. You'll play a central role in keeping the company operating with clarity and momentum.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Partner to the CEO: Drive execution of strategic priorities, ensure follow-through on decisions, and help shape the CEO’s agenda between different priorities.
- Visibility & Accountability: Establish a clear, consistent operating rhythm that provides the CEO and management team with visibility into progress across departments and initiatives. Drive alignment through performance tracking, milestone reviews, and cross-functional updates that surface blockers and enable fast course correction.
- Executive Operations: Own leadership team meetings, drive quarterly planning and company-wide strategic goal tracking (e.g., OKRs). Maintain internal coordination and execution velocity at the leadership level.
- Program Management: Lead or support cross-functional projects that don’t cleanly fall into any single team. Take on strategic initiatives.
- Investor & Board Communications: Support the preparation of board materials, investor updates, and fundraising collateral.
- Operational Effectiveness: Identify and resolve inefficiencies, to ensure the company runs as effectively as it builds.
About the Candidate
You are a structured, high-agency operator who can move between strategy and execution with ease. You bring sharp analytical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to quickly earn trust across stakeholders - from board members to frontline teams. You’re energized by working across domains - from commercial to technical - and bring order and clarity to complex, fast-evolving environments.
Required
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, program leadership, top-tier management consulting, or investment banking - with a strong bias toward candidates who have demonstrated rapid learning, ownership, and impact. Experience in fast-growing B2B software or tech platform companies is a plus, but not required
- Proven ability to manage and execute cross-functional initiatives, managing through influence
- Executive-level communication skills and presence, ability to convince junior to senior stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with strong judgment and attention to detail; comfortable building and interpreting dashboards, financials, or operating metrics
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to defining corporate strategy and/or product strategy
- High ownership, adaptability, and follow-through; thrives in a lean, mission-driven environment
- Deep familiarity with SaaS business models, enterprise software go-to-market, and venture-building fundamentals
- Exposure to regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, or financial services
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in data infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, or privacy-preserving technologies
- Prior experience supporting capital raises or managing investor relations
- Strong intuition for organizational design, scaling culture, and hybrid team operations
