About the Role

Rho is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join our lean, but mighty GTM team, reporting to the Head of Growth. We're not just looking for a channel manager; we seek a growth generalist with an intrinsic understanding of what fuels startups and the visions that drive them. The Demand Generation Manager will be an instrumental player in architecting and building a repeatable growth engine to attract startup founders and finance teams from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and execute demand generation strategies tailored to startups and finance teams, focusing on long-term, sustainable growth.
  • Full-funnel Campaign Creation and Execution: Design and implement campaigns that resonate with our ICP across the marketing funnel, from building awareness to activation.
  • Channel Experimentation: Explore and test various marketing channels to identify the most effective and efficient ways to reach and engage our target audience.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage data and analytics to continuously refine strategies, making data-backed decisions to improve campaign performance, lead quality, speed-to-activation, and overall channel ROI.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with the Sales team to ensure a seamless flow of quality leads that contribute directly to sales pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Marketing technology innovation: Continually scout cutting-edge demand generation tactics and tools and integrate these to keep Rho at the forefront of our market segment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, community, revenue operations, and product teams to increase awareness, engagement and resonance with our campaigns and offerings. 

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in startup or fintech environments
  • Proven track record of success in small, agile GTM teams with a history of executing on acquisition tactics from 0 to 1
  • Strong critical thinking skills and growth mindset
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies
  • Strong background in CRM and marketing automation tools, with HubSpot and Salesforce knowledge considered a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data

    • Always be testing and iterating to improve and build upon their existing work
    • Put themselves in the shoes of the customer and understand how to create campaigns that resonate with their needs
  • It takes a distinct personality to thrive at a fast-paced startup. Some traits we’re looking for are:
    • Curiosity, creativity and a bias towards challenging the status quo
    • Persistence and resilience, unfazed by large challenges and failures
    • Ability to form an opinion, make decisions and execute quickly in ambiguity 
    • Low ego, and high impact-driving
    • Passion for the startup or fintech industry is a plus
  • A background in growth, marketing, consulting, business operations, or any other quantitative field is encouraged to apply

Our people are our most valuable asset. The salary range for this role is $123,000 - $142,000. Base salary may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs. In addition to base pay, Rho offers equity, healthcare benefits and paid time off.
