About Role
This role combines office management and executive support to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient support for leadership. Key responsibilities include overseeing office functions, managing supplies and vendor relationships, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. On the executive support side, the position requires handling calendars, scheduling meetings and travel, managing communications, and preparing meeting materials. Additionally, the role supports executives with project-related tasks, research, and data compilation while maintaining confidentiality.
Office Management
- Daily Operations: Oversee office functions to ensure a productive environment.
- Supplies Management: Maintain inventory and order office supplies as needed.
- Facility Coordination: Ensure the office space is clean and organized.
- Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with vendors for maintenance and supplies.
- Budget Oversight: Assist in tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
Executive Support
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel for executives.
- Communication Handling: Manage incoming correspondence, prioritizing urgent matters.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Project Assistance: Support executives with research, data compilation, and presentations.
- Confidentiality Maintenance: Handle sensitive information discreetly.
Required Skills
- Organizational Skills: Manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal abilities for effective interactions.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, GSuite).
- Financial Acumen: Basic knowledge of budgeting and expense management.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Identify issues proactively and implement solutions.
Additional Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in arts, business or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in office management or executive support is highly desirable.
Our people are our most valuable asset. The salary range for this role is $77,000-$97,000. Base salary may vary depending on relevant experience, skills and business needs. In addition to base pay, Rho offers equity, healthcare benefits and paid time off.
