About the Role

We seek a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-growing team. In this pivotal role, you will lead our recruitment efforts to attract, engage, and hire top talent across various departments. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with our organizational goals. Your insights will help shape our employer branding initiatives and enhance our candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
  • Drive full life cycle recruiting by utilizing diverse sourcing methods to identify and engage high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and industry connections.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.Leading offer calls and negotiations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide guidance on best practices in recruitment and selection. 
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior recruiters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the talent acquisition team.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to refine strategies and enhance overall hiring effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Track record of success in focusing on building teams, not just closing roles.
  • A strong ability to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit is crucial. This includes conducting effective interviews and making informed hiring decisions.
  • Experience working with ATSs for managing candidate pipelines and recruiting processes, as well as proficiency with Google products (Drive, Docs, Sheets)
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders;
  • Experience with our suite of tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse) will be nice to have;

Our people are our most valuable asset. The salary range for this role is : $153,000 - $168,000 In addition to base pay, Rho offers equity, healthcare benefits and paid time off.
