Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a data-driven GTM strategy, utilizing AI and automation to optimize our sales processes, from lead generation to customer retention.
- Lead the implementation and management of advanced GTM technologies, including AI-driven personalization tools, to drive outsized impact without additional headcount.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify opportunities for lead generating and revenue growth through technological innovation.
- Design and oversee micro-campaigns and signal-based selling initiatives to increase the efficiency of our outreach efforts dramatically.
- Create and maintain a framework for operationalizing experimentation, embracing a portfolio approach to GTM initiatives. Some agents may perform better than others and be ruthless about cutting and adding.
- Serve as the bridge between technical and commercial teams, translating complex data insights into actionable strategies for revenue growth.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging GTM technologies and methodologies, continuously evaluating and implementing new tools to maintain Rho's competitive edge.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in RevOps, Growth, Product, or Sales roles, with a strong track record of leveraging technology to drive revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Demonstrated success in designing and executing innovative GTM strategies that significantly impact revenue.
- Growth-hacking mindset and unrelenting approach to driving revenue impact through technology.
Nice-to-haves:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python) is highly desirable.
- Experience with Looker and Salesforce.
