  • Lead the implementation and management of advanced GTM technologies, including AI-driven personalization tools, to drive outsized impact without additional headcount.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify opportunities for lead generating and revenue growth through technological innovation.
  • Design and oversee micro-campaigns and signal-based selling initiatives to increase the efficiency of our outreach efforts dramatically.
  • Create and maintain a framework for operationalizing experimentation, embracing a portfolio approach to GTM initiatives. Some agents may perform better than others and be ruthless about cutting and adding.
  • Serve as the bridge between technical and commercial teams, translating complex data insights into actionable strategies for revenue growth.
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging GTM technologies and methodologies, continuously evaluating and implementing new tools to maintain Rho's competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in RevOps, Growth, Product, or Sales roles, with a strong track record of leveraging technology to drive revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing innovative GTM strategies that significantly impact revenue.
  • Growth-hacking mindset and unrelenting approach to driving revenue impact through technology.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python) is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Looker and Salesforce.

Our people are our most valuable asset. The salary range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000 base. Base salary may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, and business needs. In addition to base pay, Rho offers equity, healthcare benefits, and paid time off. This role is eligible for an uncapped performance bonus paid quarterly. Inclusive of on-target performance bonuses, the total salary range for this role is $180,000 - $200,000.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
