
Staff Accountant

We’re seeking a Staff Accountant who will play a key role in the day-to-day accounting operations of the business. This person will support journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting efforts and will be a vital part of our month-end close processes. What You'll Do
- Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end close procedures
- Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations
- Assist in maintaining general ledger accuracy and integrity
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reporting packages
- Help track and reconcile fixed assets and depreciation
- Assist with audit requests and documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite) preferred
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Location of position: Los Angeles, California
- In-office requirement: at least 3 days a week
- Reports to: Controller
- Salary range budgeted for position: $70,000-$80,000
