As we continue to scale, we are seeking an Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building efficient processes, driving accountability, and helping teams operate at their highest level.

Position Overview
The Operations Manager will serve as a key leader responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of Rhymetec. This individual will work cross-functionally with Service Delivery, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Executive Leadership to improve operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and support the company’s continued growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, proactive, and capable of balancing strategic initiatives with operational execution.


Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes across the organization.
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation.
  • Drive standardization and documentation of internal workflows and procedures.
  • Set and monitor organizational performance metrics and recommend improvements.

Project & Process Management

  • Execute company-wide operational initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate resources across departments to meet deadlines and service commitments.
  • Maintain accountability through project tracking systems and status reporting.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with department leaders to improve collaboration and operational effectiveness.
  • Facilitate communication between Sales, Service Delivery, Security, Finance, HR, and Executive teams.
  • Support leadership in implementing organizational priorities and company initiatives.
  • Assist with scaling operations to support continued growth.

Performance & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for executive leadership.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare executive reports and recommendations based on business performance.
  • Track service delivery metrics, utilization, profitability, and operational health indicators.

Resource Management

  • Assist with workforce planning and capacity management.
  • Support hiring and onboarding initiatives in partnership with HR.
  • Monitor team utilization and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure operational resources are aligned with company goals and growth forecasts.

Technology & Automation

  • Evaluate and implement tools that improve operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with Rhymetec’s AI initiatives to identify opportunities for automation.
  • Support integration of operational systems and reporting platforms.
  • Promote adoption of technology solutions that improve employee productivity and client outcomes.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure operational processes align with internal policies and industry best practices.
  • Support quality assurance initiatives across service delivery teams.
  • Assist with internal audits, documentation reviews, and operational governance programs.

 

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of operations, project management, or business management experience.
  • Experience working within a professional services, consulting, technology, or cybersecurity organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in cybersecurity, compliance, managed services, or SaaS environments.
  • Experience managing operational KPIs and executive reporting.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and operational frameworks.
  • Experience implementing automation and AI-driven business processes.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or related operational certifications.
