Senior Marketing Analyst
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights, optimize marketing performance, and refine measurement frameworks. In this role, you’ll ensure data integrity, design ETL processes, and leverage analytics tools to drive strategic decision-making.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement measurement frameworks for paid, owned, and earned media.
- Manage large data sets, ensuring accuracy through ETL processes, APIs, and databases.
- Utilize GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Tableau to extract and visualize insights.
- Analyze digital marketing performance across e-commerce, paid media, social, email, CRM, and SEO.
- Conduct audits of GA4, GTM, and Google Search Console to verify data accuracy.
- Create and present reports tailored to executives and marketing teams.
- Validate conversion tracking, troubleshoot integrations, and ensure error-free reporting.
- Stay current with industry trends and evolving analytics platforms.
You’re Right for This Role If You:
- Have 5-6 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or a related field.
- Are an expert in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Tableau (bonus: Google BigQuery).
- Understand fundamental web code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for tracking implementation.
- Can translate data into clear, concise reports for various audiences.
- Have experience with ETL tools and know how to validate data integrity.
- Are proactive in auditing analytics, troubleshooting tracking issues, and optimizing reporting.
- Loves working with a diverse group of like-minded performance driven creative thinkers, doers, and leaders.
- Are a humble team player willing to elevate those around you.
- Have a point of view and know how to articulate it.
Essentials:
- Expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
- Strong skills in ETL processes, database management, and automation tools.

- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills to communicate complex findings.
- A strategic mindset with a focus on measurement and optimization.

The target annual compensation for this role is $115k-130k. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
