Product Marketing Manager

Remote - Atlanta, GA

Product Marketing Manager

What is Rhythm?

Rhythm helps associations deliver an awesome online experience to their constituents. This means members, event attendees, learners, sponsors, and more all use Rhythm. As constituent expectations evolve to meet a digital‑first world, more and more associations are looking for a technology partner that can help them meet that demand. (That’s us.)

The Product Marketing Manager turns product innovation into clear, compelling stories that attract new associations and empower customers to get more value from Rhythm. (Maybe that’s you?)

About our Product Marketing Manager

You’re a storyteller, enablement champion, and market researcher in one. You’ll translate features into member impact, arm Sales with winning narratives, and lead launches that drive pipeline. You’ll be the bridge across Product, Marketing, and Sales—shaping how the world sees (and buys) Rhythm.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Own product positioning and messaging for Rhythm’s platform and integrations—ensuring every headline, deck, and demo conveys our unique value to associations.
  • Lead go‑to‑market (GTM) planning for new features and integrations—building launch briefs, timelines, and activation plans that align Product, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Develop buyer personas and journey maps through market research, customer interviews, and win/loss analysis, then share insights company‑wide.
  • Equip the revenue team with pitch decks and product one‑pagers that shorten sales cycles and boost win rates.
  • Run Rhythm’s product blog—own the editorial calendar, interview SMEs and customers, and craft story-driven posts that spotlight real association wins and drive organic demand.
  • Create product-focused social campaigns—partner with Growth and Content to develop snackable launch teasers, feature highlights, and customer proof points that keep Rhythm in buyers’ feeds.
  • Host our monthly live demo webinars—set the agenda, coordinate presenters, promote across channels, run the session, and track pipeline from registrant to closed-won.
  • Maintain competitive intelligence—keep battlecards current and brief internal teams on market shifts each quarter.

We’re looking for people who:

  • Have 3–5 years in B2B SaaS product marketing (bonus if you’ve supported a product‑led growth or vertical SaaS motion).
  • Can point to successful product launches or repositioning projects that moved revenue needles.
  • Write crisp, benefit‑focused copy and translate technical features into clear customer value.
  • Love market research—interviewing customers, mining data, and distilling insights.
  • Are comfortable building sales enablement assets in HubSpot, Google Slides, Canva, or Adobe.
  • Understand basic analytics (product usage, funnel metrics) and can tell a story with numbers.
  • Thrive in a fast‑moving startup where you’ll switch from strategy to execution daily.
  • Are based anywhere in the United States.

Tools in your tech stack

  • Apple (Mac)
  • Google Workspace
  • Slack
  • HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub + CMS
  • Google Analytics, Ads, + Search Console
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Adobe Creative Suite + Canva
  • Zoom
  • Calendly
  • Loom

(Don’t see your favorite? Pitch us on why we should add it.)

During your first 90 days, you will:

  • Complete Rhythm Academy courses and product training to learn our story, solutions, and market.
  • Review customer interviews, win/loss notes, and previous launches to immerse in our ICPs.
  • Shadow Sales calls and product demos to learn current positioning and objections.
  • Meet leaders across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
  • Attend industry webinars, listen to association-tech podcasts, and read key publications to build domain fluency.
  • Own your first product-launch or enablement project—shaping strategy, messaging, and assets that support pipeline.
