We're looking for a hands-on, forward-thinking leader who understands the payer-centric landscape, embraces new ways of working, and brings a sharp sense of tempo and adaptability to everything they do. This person will help reimagine how content is created, deployed, and governed — using modern tooling, including AI-enabled solutions, to scale effectively.

Success in this role demands both creativity and rigor, a collaborative spirit, and a mindset oriented around continuous innovation. • System Optimization: Support the development of Rialtic's single source of truth for content operations

Continuous Quality Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve upstream and downstream processes based on data-driven quality trendsOperational Excellence: Monitor metrics, ensure quality standards, and support timely and accurate edit deployment.

What you’ll do:

  • Operate as a connective tissue between product, engineering, compliance, operations, and customer teams.
  • Translate clinical and policy expertise into frictionless, scalable platform features.
  • Grow and lead a high-performing team of content analysts and policy managers.
  • Serve as a player-coach, creating an environment of ownership, resilience, and high accountability, without micromanaging.
  • Foster a culture of continuous feedback and learning, informed by user data and client insights.
  • Proactively incorporate external changes into the content roadmap and act as a credible voice with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with data science to identify gaps and refine content using real-world signals — including error rates, reimbursement variances, and utilization anomalies.

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of payment integrity experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Masters in Healthcare) a plus
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience with demonstrated success in scaling
  • Operational workflow design experience, automation and continuous quality improvement
  • A confident, empathetic leader with a bias toward action and a deep commitment to outcomes.
  • Open-minded and curious, always testing new ways of working and thinking.
  • Highly collaborative but comfortable making independent, high-quality decisions.
  • Passionate about building tools and content that create tangible value in the payer-provider ecosystem.
  • Thrives in a startup culture — balancing intensity with humor, humility, and flexibility.
  • Deep knowledge of payer-side claims processes and rules management

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
