Summary – The Associate Brand Manager is responsible for maintaining consistency in brand appearance and execution of Stella Rosa Wines and Brandy. With an eye for detail, this dynamic team member will support the Senior Brand Manager with content development, social media management, competitive insights, and strategic brand campaigns. They are liaison between the Brand Team and Media Team. The Associate Brand Manager is passionate about not only Stella Rosa but also finding new ways to creatively engage with both current and prospective consumers. They build, execute, and maintain brand standards across all channels. This is an Onsite role, 5 days a week.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Current duties may be changed if the job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary.

  • Collaborate cross functionally with all members of the marketing team to provide assets needed to support campaign objectives.
  • Meet on a regular cadence with the Brand Team, Media Team, Events Team, and Shopper marketing to identify and execute campaign direction and assets.
  • Work collaboratively with digital media team, providing regular updates for strategic geotargeting.
  • Works in partnership with Media Team on all commercial, creative concept development, and planning for commercial photo shoots to ensure integrity of brand identity.
  • Ideate, create, and manage creative content for all social media platforms, upholding brand identity.
  • Leverage social marketing platform, Sprout, strategically to maintain all Stella Rosa social media content calendars.
  • Prepare monthly content and ad calendars.
  • Develop KPIs for all social media, organic and paid campaigns and track performance accordingly.
  • Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with influencer's that align with brand values and initiatives.
  • Pull weekly sales, social, and digital reports, analyzing data while also providing actionable insights to improve performance. Analyze industry trends while providing creative suggestions.
  • Provide monthly recaps on social media performance and KPI results.
  • Coordinate and plan social media shoots, develop mood boards, and shoot lists. Efficiently manage communications with talent and set locations.
  • Support brand events as needed to ensure integrity of brand identity.
  • Work in partnership with cross functional team members to access and discuss that strategies are aligned and moving forward.
  • Ensure the brand concepts align with brand strategies and brand identity.
  • Is the subject matter expert and safeguards brand identity for existing and new brands.
  • Partner with Senior Brand Manager to collaborate, receive feedback and develop where the campaign direction is going and on track.
  • Maintain timeline of multiple and concurrent projects ensuring deadlines and milestones are on track to be met.
  • Delegate tasks as needed to team members to ensure forward progress to achieve deadlines.
  • Attend/Host trade shows, lunch and learn to share expertise and educate peers on brand identity.
  • Ability to influence and guide Brand Coordinator and peers as the subject matter expert in Stella Rosa and Innovation brands.
  • Providing feedback and mentoring to Brand Coordinator.
  • Check in weekly with the Brand team on where the campaign is at, path forward, identifying any barriers, and escalating any issues to Senior Brand Managers.
  • Support brand decks to support multiple facets of the business: sales, retail, hospitality, events, etc.
  • Supports various projects on an as needed basis for Marketing Department.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as an Associate Brand Manager or Brand Manager within CPG specializing in Food & Beverage/ Wine & Spirits.
  • Experience with working in paid social media ads and ads management.
  • Understanding of design in brand marketing, with a focus on brand identify.
  • Understanding and comfortable in shooting and editing content for social media platforms (TikTok, IG, etc.).
  • Excellent written, verbal, and copy writing communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong ability to follow up and give clear feedback if needed.
  • Ability to interact and collaborate with all functional levels and business areas.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with coworkers and agency partners.
  • Strong relational skills and ability to anticipate needs.
  • Comfortable working in an in-person and mobile, interactive environment.
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to the company.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex situations.
  • Self-starter, able to work in a space of ambiguity and evolving role and solutions oriented.
  • Problem solver, resourceful, and able to find solutions independently.
  • Competent with all reporting systems, Microsoft Office, Asana, Canva, etc.
  • Bilingual a plus
  • This role requires a portfolio.

Pay Range

$75,000 - $85,000 USD
