The Brand Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Director of Brand Marketing and VP of Marketing in addition to supporting the Spritz del Conte and Innovations marketing team. This role supports administrative tasks and core marketing functions to ensure smooth operations within the department. As a Brand Coordinator, your job duties include contributing to the success of the Sweet Wine Club, Spritz del Conte, San Antonio Fruit Farm, and other Innovation brands marketing projects, supporting in developing brand strategy, creating content for online brand presence, scheduling communications, and evaluating the progress of company initiatives associated with branding and messaging. This is an onsite, in office role, 5 days a week.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Current duties may be changed if the job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary.

  • Oversees Sweet Wine Club on organic and paid social media, customer service and website maintenance.
  • Updates and maintains San Antonio Winery E-Comm including SKU database, coupons, bundles, and personal wine labels.
  • Assist with the management of key projects for the marketing team as assigned by VP of Marketing, ensuring all deadlines are met and projects are completed.
  • Works closely and efficiently with multiple marketing department leaders to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately to ensure tasks are completed in Asana and communicates any timeline issues to VP of Marketing with solutions.
  • Brings creative concepts and new thinking to the marketing team.
  • Owner of Brandfolder ensuring that all content is uploaded, organized, updated and correct.
  • Compose, proofread, and edit a wide variety of documents with grammatical accuracy and clear communication of content. (examples: weekly newsletter, sell sheets, presentations etc.)
  • Works with the brand team on tasks and projects as assigned related to the Sweet Wine Club, Spritz del Conte, San Antonio Fruit Farm, and Innovation Brands and becomes a subject matter expert in these brand identities.
  • Works to support the brand team in assisting with photoshoot logistics and research as assigned.
  • Support the brand team with social media accounts, organic and paid social media, text campaigns and community management.
  • Partners with agency, vendor and photographer research as assigned. (brand management)
  • Assist with influencer/partner research and provide recommendations and present relevant information to stakeholders.
  • Support with PR and influencer gifting as assigned.
  • Leads and organizes the marketing department cultural activities and team building events.
  • Responsible for ensuring marketing team expenses (receipts and coding) are submitted on a biweekly basis, codes as needed (Team Marketing Card and VP Marketing Card Expenses – as needed).
  • Maintain office supplies and snacks monthly.
  • Project Manager for larger national campaigns.
  • Assists with onboarding of new hires as needed. Partner with HR and IT to ensure that onboarding is smooth.
  • Assist the marketing department with special projects and administrative tasks, as needed.
  • Supports various projects on an as needed basis for the Marketing Department.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A four-year college degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in social media, marketing administration or coordinator role.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as a marketing/executive assistant.
  • Understanding of design in brand marketing, with a focus on brand identify.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Naturally detail-oriented and meticulous in nature.
  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong ability to follow up and give clear feedback if needed.
  • Ability to interact and collaborate with all functional levels and business areas.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with others.
  • Strong relational skills and ability to anticipate needs.
  • Comfortable working in an in-person and mobile, interactive environment.
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to the company.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex situations.
  • Self-starter, able to work in a space of ambiguity and evolving role and solutions oriented.
  • Problem solver, resourceful, and able to find solutions independently.
  • Competent with all reporting systems, Microsoft Office, Asana, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) Tools – Brandfolder preferred.
  • Bilingual a plus

$23 - $27 USD
