City Manager (f/d/m) in Grenoble

We have recently closed a financial transaction to merge with TIER. Together we create the European champion of shared micro-mobility, with revenues of €250m, supporting over 125M trips a year in more than 20 countries.
We’re looking for a City Manager to strengthen the operations and public affairs of Dott in Grenoble. The City Manager will report to the Area Manager Auvergne Rhone-Alpes and will work closely with our French and central teams.
What you’ll do:
1/ Team management
- Work closely with your direct reports (on street or at the warehouse), whilst keeping a close relationship with all your employees
- Spend time on the ground to understand the day-to-day issues your team might encounter
- Ensure a safe work environment for your team and make sure that all procedures are followed
- Ensure your team is happy to come to work
2/ Operations & Results
- Own the operational KPI’s for your city, i.e.: fleet availability, rides per available vehicle, number of active users. Which you follow on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Ensure that the fleet to be repaired will be back on the streets in no time to generate revenues
- Own the financial results of Grenoble, ensuring the accounting books are correct and you always strive for better performance
3/ Strategy
- Ensure strategic positioning of your fleet thanks to innovative projects and analysis
- Create and set-up new events to increase visibility, user acquisition and user safety
- Be the first point of contact of officials in the region and maintain a service of excellence
What you’ll need:
- Fluent in English & French
- Successful managerial experience required
- A lot of autonomy & entrepreneurship mentality
- Be open, proactive and maintain a positive attitude
- Great communication skills, able to adapt your tone and style to the audience
- Data based decision making, measure the results
- Be a true leader for your teams by working directly with your staff on the ground.
