Community Operations Work Student

Working Student (part-time), office based
We are looking for a proactive Community Operations Associate to join our team at our office in Berlin. We need someone who wants to streamline the day-to-day fines management processes in the office.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER-DOTT
- Own the day-to-day fines management operations, including processing incoming parking fines mail from the German authorities and being the first point of contact for our Fines Management Project stakeholders (Senior PMO Commercial, Director Public Policy DACH and Finance Team).
- Maintain a fine tracker and update it as needed, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist with maintenance of the Finance Team’s fines tracker, including data entry and document organisation.
- Forward relevant processed fines mail to the appropriate stakeholders in the other German cities and/or a legal firm.
- Your work would be at the office at Lobeckstraße 36-40 in Berlin.
YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Minimum C2 level in German & business fluent level in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with GoogleSuite (Sheets, Forms).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
