This internship is for a minimum of 6 months, starting as soon as possible.
GET AN IMPRESSION OF THE TEAM
You will be part of our Project Quality team, supporting the implementation and improvement of quality processes across ongoing projects. Within this team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing quality standards by contributing to documentation, supplier collaboration, and issue tracking. The team works cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Operations, and Project Management, while also engaging with external suppliers to ensure alignment with our quality expectations and continuous improvement goals. This internship is designed to give you a strong foundation in quality control while building valuable cross-functional experience.
THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT
- Assisting with the tracking and documentation of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to ensure timely follow-up.
- Supporting the follow-up and documentation of Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs).
- Helping collect and organize data for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective action planning.
- Supporting Engineering Change Management (ECM) by tracking requests and updating documentation.
- Aiding in the preparation and distribution of SHEQA (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality Alerts).
- Helping track incident reports and internal VPS tickets to ensure proper resolution.
- Contributing to the review and maintenance of the internal Quality Catalog.
- Assisting with the update and standardization of manuals, templates, and procedures.
YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
- Ongoing studies in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- First practical experience through an internship, university project, or working student role in a technical or process-oriented environment.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, reliable way of working.
- Ability to organize, track, and follow up on tasks across multiple topics.
- Basic analytical thinking to support root cause analyses and data handling.
- Solid communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; experience with document or ticketing systems is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn, contribute, and work in a team-oriented environment.
Language & Location:
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
- Based in Berlin (onsite internship)
