Office Coordinator Intern (all genders) in Amsterdam

This internship is for a duration of 6 months, starting in September 2025. You will gain hands-on experience in people and office management while working in a dynamic and international team.

THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT

  • Assist with day-to-day office operations, including managing incoming mail, employee requests and being the first point of contact for our landlord.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place new orders as needed, ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement.
  • Maintain a clean and stocked kitchen for our employees.
  • Support your manager, the Global Workplaces Manager, with arrangements in other European offices.
  • Assist the organisation and coordination of online and offline meetings, appointments, and events, including scheduling, preparing materials, and ensuring logistics arrangements are in place.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, invoices handling, filing, and document organisation.
  • Collaborate with various departments to help cross-functional initiatives and projects.
  • Help colleagues with sending out mail and packages. 
  • Provide general administrative HR support to the team as needed.

YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience: 

  • Ongoing or completed studies in Business-, Office- and Event-Management, or a related field.
  • Prior internship or project experience in office or event management is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and approachable style when engaging with partners and internal teams.
  • Ability to effectively plan, coordinate, and track multiple projects.
  • Well-organized with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with G-Suite office tools (or similar), spreadsheets, or databases.

Language & Location: 

  • Business fluent in English (Dutch or other languages are a plus).
  • Based in Amsterdam, Netherlands (onsite internship).
