GET AN IMPRESSION OF THE TEAM
You will be part of the Market Development team, responsible for building relationships with key cities across Europe and the Middle East and securing key city contracts. The team works closely with internal and external stakeholders to position Dott as the most responsible micromobility operator. In this role, your primary focus will be on delivering and winning competitive bids. Based in Paris, this is a global role covering 20 countries, with a particular emphasis on France.
THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT
- Win Campaign: Collaborate with policy managers to identify city needs and competitive gaps; develop and execute action plans to secure wins in top markets.
- Project Management: Assemble and manage project teams; identify and prioritize bid work streams; leverage internal and external resources to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Bid Writing: Deliver high-quality bids tailored to local contexts and needs; leverage Dott’s existing resources and create relevant material as required.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including public policy managers, operations managers, and central functions (e.g., product, pricing).
YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a strategy consulting firm or managing public tenders.
- Experience in the mobility field is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proven ability to autonomously manage complex projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Persuasive writing skills: Our proposals are directed at city officials and must be engaging, well-written, and provide compelling arguments.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality content and deliverables.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency with G-Suite tools, including Google Slides and Google Docs.
Language & Location:
- Fluent in both English & French (other languages are a plus).
- Based in Paris, France.
