This internship is for a duration of 6 months, starting as soon as possible in 2025. You will gain hands-on experience in electrical engineering & quality management while working in a dynamic and international team.

Our Vehicle Product team is dedicated to creating well-organized, efficient, and safe workshop environments that empower our engineers to do their best work. Our team focuses on maintaining three key workshops—mechanical, electrical, and battery/test lab—where ideas become reality. We prioritize clear layouts and processes that support smooth operations and high-quality outcomes. From inventory management to health and safety compliance, we’re committed to ensuring every workspace is functional, safe, and ready to meet the demands of innovation.
THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT
Lead the investigations of field failures:
- Inspect failed parts and perform root cause analysis
- Review supplier test reports and implement solutions
- Validate improvements and create SOPs
Maintain a healthy test environment:
- Keep test vehicles and benches in top condition
- Ensure a clean, organized workshop
- Recommend needed test equipment
Identify improvement possibilities:
- Identify feature or process optimizations
- Suggest tools to enhance efficiency
- Update or create procedures as needed
YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (second or third year) in a technical field such as Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Industrial Design, or a related discipline.
- Workshop or hands-on experience, gained through a hobby or professional background is required.
Skills & Competencies:
- Affinity with bikes, scooters, or light electric vehicles (LEVs) is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, contributing to a safe and organized workshop environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, hands-on setting.
Language & Location:
- Business fluent in English (Dutch or other languages are a plus).
- Based in Amsterdam, Netherlands (onsite internship).
