We are looking for an ambitious Junior Legal Counsel to join the Legal team of Dott. You will support the Legal Team in managing Dott’s corporate structure, commercial contracts, and compliance matters across multiple jurisdictions. This role offers exposure to a wide range of legal topics, including corporate governance, data protection, employment, and intellectual property.
What you’ll do
Corporate & Commercial

Support Regional Legal Counsels with market launches, corporate filings, and contract drafting and negotiation.

Assist in maintaining corporate records and governance documentation.

Support the General Counsel in fundraising and investor-related matters.
Compliance & Data Protection

Assist the DPO with privacy documentation and GDPR compliance initiatives.

Support the Compliance team in implementing internal policies (e.g. Anti-Bribery, Conflicts of Interest, Whistleblowing).
Employment & IP

Support Regional Legal Counsels and the People team with employment law matters.

Help manage Dott’s IP portfolio, including trademark filings and renewals.
Legal Operations

Contribute to contract template harmonisation and contract management initiatives.

Assist in integration projects and continuous process improvements within the Legal team.
What you’ll need
-
Law degree from an EU-accredited university.

1–2 years of relevant experience (law firm or in-house).

Solid understanding of corporate and commercial law.

Basic knowledge of data protection (GDPR) and consumer law.

Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.

Fluent in English; proficiency in at least two additional European languages (Dutch, French, German, or Polish preferred).

Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Collaborative mindset and a good sense of humour.

Bar admission (completed or in process) is a plus.
