Assistant Account Manager

SUMMARY:
The Assistant Account Manager supports the coordination, execution, and monitoring of assigned projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope,and within budget. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, planning, production, quality, supply chain, and customers to facilitate project progress and maintain effective communication among stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Coordination & Execution
- Assist Account Manager(s) in managing project schedules, deliverables, and milestones
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Support project planning activities including timeline development and resource allocation
Cross-Functional Communication
- Support communication between internal teams and external stakeholders or customers
- Help ensure alignment between project requirements and operational capabilities
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, and status updates
- Track project changes and support change control processes
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify potential project risks and escalate issues to Project Manager as needed
- Assist with implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Support resolution of project obstacles to maintain project timelines
TRAVEL:
No travel is required.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree.
