Customer Success Manager

SUMMARY
RIDE is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to manage key accounts in the commercial electric vehicle industry. The candidate will be based at the RIDE US headquarters in Pasadena, CA and will report to the Director of Customer Service.
This individual must be extremely organized with attention to detail, hardworking, and dedicated to providing the highest level of quality and timeliness. The ideal candidate will have external customer-facing project management experience in a technical field such as automotive, electrical, or heavy-equipment manufacturing and/or commissioning.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned customer accounts.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive full completion of projects tasks.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, specifications, federal and state regulations.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with a multinational team under demanding timelines.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of (3) years of experience in customer account management within a related or relevant industry.
- Technical understanding, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proficient with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Position entails creative thinking and ability to shift gears quickly
- Decision-making, leadership, thoroughness, and always with customer/client focus
- Multi-tasking, able to handle several projects at the same time

WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

PAY RANGE
- $100,000 -$130,000 per year
