As VP of Marketing, you’ll lead a talented team, driving innovation to transform how the investment management industry leverages technology. You’ll mentor the team, influence strategic decisions, and shape Ridgeline’s culture as we scale. Your ability to lead through change and deliver results will be critical to our success.
Leveraging AI technologies like ChatGPT, you’ll define marketing strategies that personalize engagement, harness analytics, and drive scalable, data-driven decisions and growth. By utilizing AI, you’ll unlock insights into customer needs, streamline campaigns, and position Ridgeline as a fintech leader. You’ll shape our marketing culture and influence the path of a high-growth startup, setting new standards for customer engagement and brand impact. This role reports to the SVP, Sales and Marketing, and requires close collaboration with sales, product strategy, product, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment with growth objectives.
What will you do?
- Develop and lead a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Ridgeline’s business objectives that drives brand awareness and strengthens Ridgeline’s position in the market
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and ownership while guiding them through strategic and tactical projects
- Drive top-of-funnel lead generation through innovative campaigns, targeted digital marketing, compelling content creation, and strategic partnerships that expand Ridgeline’s market reach and attract high-quality prospects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and strategy, to ensure cohesive go-to-market campaigns that resonate with our target audience
- Engage hands-on with key marketing initiatives, from campaign planning to execution, ensuring high-impact results across digital, content, events, and social channels
- Leverage data and insights to optimize marketing performance, tracking key metrics and making data-driven decisions to refine strategies
- Ensure brand consistency, maintaining strong messaging across all platforms while adapting to emerging trends and market demands
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and industry influencers to extend Ridgeline’s reach and brand impact
Desired Skills and Experience
- 15+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise Software marketing, with a focus on leadership and strategy development
- Proven track record of driving brand growth and lead generation through strategic marketing initiatives
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring marketing teams
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and other departments to drive cohesive marketing efforts
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and digital marketing trends
- Curiosity and appetite to always explore cutting-edge technologies while cultivating expertise in Ridgeline’s domain of investment management.
- An aptitude for problem-solving

Compensation and Benefits
The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is $235,000 - $275,000.
Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
