Senior Product Manager, Agent Foundry

As a Senior Product Manager for our Agent Foundry team at Ridgeline, you will lead the strategy, execution, and delivery of AI-powered tools that enhance employee effectiveness across the organization. From intelligent workflow automation to AI-powered search and predictive insights, you’ll help build internal products that streamline operations and scale our impact. Your customers are every employee at Ridgeline. You’ll collaborate closely with Leverage Engineering, AI Platform, IT, Security, and Privacy to ensure effective, secure, and seamlessly integrated solutions. In this role, you'll work with cutting-edge technologies—including OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, AI-powered IDEs, Glean, and open-source AI tooling—to deliver scalable, high-impact innovation.

The impact you have:

• Define and drive the strategy for internal AI tools that improve productivity and operational efficiency across Ridgeline

• Identify and prioritize impactful AI use cases across all teams and functions

• Partner with AI engineers and data scientists to design and implement scalable, user-friendly internal solutions

• Ensure seamless integration of AI tooling with existing systems and workflows

• Evangelize AI usage across the organization to encourage adoption, literacy, and experimentation

• Stay current with AI advancements and evaluate new technologies for internal application

• Measure success through KPIs and iteratively improve tools based on usage and feedback

• Act as a thought leader for internal AI development and help shape Ridgeline’s strategy for intelligent automation

What we look for:

• Proven experience in product management, particularly with AI-powered or LLM-based products

• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, including large language models (LLMs) and generative AI capabilities

• Experience leading cross-functional teams from ideation through delivery in a technical domain

• Familiarity with internal tooling, developer enablement, or enterprise workflow automation

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define and refine strategy using data

• Strong communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders

• A passion for using AI to drive meaningful internal improvements

Bonus:

• Experience with AI-driven search and knowledge management systems

• Background in enterprise SaaS or internal productivity platforms

• Familiarity with AI governance, ethics, and responsible AI practices

Compensation and Benefits 

The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $135,000-$157,500. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
