Senior Product Manager, Agent Foundry

As a Senior Product Manager for our Agent Foundry team at Ridgeline, you will lead the development of AI-driven tools that enhance employee effectiveness across the company. From intelligent workflow automation to AI-powered search and predictive analytics, you will shape the strategy and execution of initiatives that streamline operations and drive efficiency. Your customers are every single employee at Ridgeline. You will collaborate closely with the Leverage Engineering, AI Platform, IT, Security and Privacy teams to deliver effective and seamlessly integrated solutions. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge technologies—including AI tools like OpenAI, Bedrock, AI-powered IDEs, Glean, and open-source AI tools—to create impactful, scalable solutions.

What will you do?

  • Define and drive the strategy for AI-powered internal solutions that improve productivity and operational efficiency
  • Identify and prioritize key use cases for AI across all job functions at Ridgeline
  • Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement scalable AI solutions
  • Ensure seamless integration of AI tools with existing Ridgeline platforms to drive adoption and impact
  • Evangelize AI and AI tooling to help enable awareness and adoption of what you build
  • Stay at the forefront of AI advancements and continuously evaluate emerging technologies for potential application
  • Measure success by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and iterating on solutions based on feedback and data

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in product management, particularly in building AI-driven tools or LLM-based products
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, including large language models (LLMs) and their application in productivity tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable product strategies
  • Experience working with engineering and data science teams to bring AI-powered solutions from concept to implementation
  • Passion for efficiency, automation, and internal tooling to improve workflows and decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders

Bonus

  • Experience with AI-driven search and knowledge management systems
  • Background in enterprise SaaS or internal productivity tooling
  • Familiarity with AI governance, ethics, and responsible AI practices

Compensation and Benefits 

The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $135,000-$157,500. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
