Senior Manager, Corporate Applications and Integration Services

San Ramon, CA; Reno, NV

Are you a hands-on technology leader who thrives at the intersection of business applications, integrations, and AI-enabled productivity? Do you enjoy partnering directly with business leaders to uncover friction in workflows and drive meaningful, practical improvements that make work better every day? Are you excited to lead high-performing teams while rolling up your sleeves to shape secure, scalable, and future-ready internal platforms? If so, we invite you to be a part of our innovative team.

As the Senior Manager of Corporate Applications and Integration Services, you will report to the Director of Workplace Technology and shape the strategy, execution, and evolution of Ridgeline’s internal technology ecosystem. You will guide Business Application Management, integration architecture, automation strategy, and AI adoption across workplace tools, ensuring usability, security, and performance remain central to every initiative. In this highly visible role, you will lead and mentor a growing team while partnering cross-functionally to solve real operational challenges and accelerate productivity. You will also champion the thoughtful adoption of cutting-edge technologies, including AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude Code, to unlock smarter workflows, stronger collaboration, and measurable impact across the organization.

At Ridgeline, how we work matters as much as what we build. Ridgeliners act like owners, choose growth over comfort, and communicate with transparency. We assume positive intent, bias toward action, and bring solutions—not just problems. We celebrate wins, learn from setbacks, and thrive in a resilient, collaborative, high-performing culture. If this excites you, we’d love to meet you!

You must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

  • Champion the exploration, piloting, and adoption of AI-powered workplace tools, enabling teams to work smarter and more efficiently
  • Facilitate training sessions, curate success stories, and empower employees to confidently leverage AI-enabled capabilities
  • Analyze system usage, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions with a growth mindset and bias toward action
