Lead Learning Program Manager
Are you passionate about designing learning experiences that empower teams and customers to succeed with complex technology platforms? Do you enjoy translating technical concepts and business workflows into engaging, practical training that drives real performance outcomes? Are you excited to shape the future of learning for a fast-growing fintech company transforming the investment management industry? If so, we invite you to be a part of our innovative team.
As a Learning Program Manager at Ridgeline, you will play a key role in advancing the Education Services function within our Customer Experience organization. You will design and deliver impactful learning programs that enable employees, partners, and customers to confidently use Ridgeline’s multi-tenant, public cloud investment management platform. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders and subject matter experts to translate strategic goals into scalable training programs, certifications, and enablement resources that accelerate adoption and improve customer outcomes. You will leverage modern learning technologies and AI tools—including ChatGPT and Claude Code—to streamline curriculum management, enhance training experiences, and continuously improve the effectiveness of our education programs.
At Ridgeline, how we work matters as much as what we build. Ridgeliners act like owners, choose growth over comfort, and communicate with transparency. We assume positive intent, bias toward action, and bring solutions—not just problems. We celebrate wins, learn from setbacks, and thrive in a resilient, collaborative, high-performing culture.
If this excites you, we’d love to meet you.
You must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
