The Performance & Analytics team works on calculating, reporting, and effectively presenting performance and attribution metrics across investments leveraging modern OLAP and Columnar technologies. This includes analysis of returns, benchmark comparisons, and the factors contributing to performance.

We are in search of a passionate Quality Engineer to play a critical role in validating and evolving our next generation performance & analytics platform, helping ensure accuracy, reliability, and confidence across sophisticated investment management workflows. If this excites you, we’d love to meet you!

You must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

The impact you will have:

  • Participate in the creation and construction of automated testing solutions that improve scalability, reliability, and release confidence
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve quality practices, testability, and risk mitigation throughout the development lifecycle
  • Analyze customer-reported issues and production defects to identify root causes and drive long-term improvements
  • Think creatively, own problems, seek solutions, and communicate clearly along the way
  • Contribute to a collaborative environment deeply rooted in learning, teaching, and transparency

What we look for:

  • 5+ years in a Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or related position validating complex SaaS applications
  • Deep understanding of performance analytics methodologies and practical experience validating TWR, Brinson Attribution, benchmark analysis, and Profit & Loss calculations within investment management platforms
  • Experience validating and triaging business-critical workflows where accuracy, transparency, and data integrity are essential
  • Familiarity working with APIs, databases, and automated testing frameworks
  • Experience validating applications built on cloud native platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

  • Experience collaborating closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Willingness to learn about new technologies while simultaneously developing expertise in a business domain/problem space
  • Understand the value of automated tests at all levels
  • Ability to focus on short-term deliverables while maintaining a big-picture long term perspective
  • Experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or ChatGPT
  • An aptitude for complex problem-solving
  • Ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels
  • Serious interest in having fun at work

Bonus:

  • Buy-side technology experience

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
