Lead Partnerships Manager

Reno, NV; San Ramon, CA; New York, NY; Remote

Are you a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise in FIX protocol and a passion for building seamless broker connectivity? Do you thrive on managing high-stakes, high-impact integrations with trading partners and systems across complex EMS/OMS environments? Are you excited to contribute to the evolution of a cutting-edge investment management platform while partnering with major industry players? If so, we invite you to be a part of our innovative team.

Ridgeline is seeking a Lead Partnerships Manager to join our Customer Experience organization within the Partnerships group. This highly visible and impactful role sits at the intersection of technical implementation and client success—coordinating broker onboardings and FIX connectivity efforts, driving complex multi-system implementations for enterprise investment managers, and ensuring each Ridgeline customer gains timely, robust access to critical trading venues. As Ridgeline scales rapidly, this hire will be essential to managing the growing complexity of broker certifications, international trading connectivity, and fixed income integrations. You will work closely with industry leaders, manage FIX certifications and onboardings, and contribute to an integrated trading ecosystem that powers modern investment workflows. In this role, you’ll use cutting-edge technologies, including AI tools, to streamline technical documentation, build out foundational processes for scalable implementations, and elevate support efficiency. Our team aims to leave a legacy in an investment management industry primed for change, utilizing the latest AI and software development practices to revolutionize the field.

At Ridgeline, how we work matters as much as what we build. Ridgeliners act like owners, choose growth over comfort, and communicate with transparency. We assume positive intent, bias toward action, and bring solutions—not just problems. We celebrate wins, learn from setbacks, and thrive in a resilient, collaborative, high-performing culture. If the Ridgeline Way excites you, we’d love to meet you.

You must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

The Impact You Will Have

  • Lead broker onboarding end-to-end—from initial certification through FIX go-live readiness—for a rapidly expanding client base that includes some of the largest and most sophisticated trading firms in the industry
  • Serve as the primary project manager for simultaneous FIX connectivity workstreams across dozens of client implementations, building the forecasting and prioritization frameworks the team needs to scale
  • Collaborate with FIX infrastructure partners like Broadridge’s Itiviti and NYFIX Trading Hub to deploy and maintain FIX connectivity
  • Own the configuration and customization of FIX messages, tags, and protocols aligned with Ridgeline’s OMS
  • Support expansion into new asset classes and trading regions—including fixed income, options, and international venues across APAC and EMEA—as clients bring increasingly complex trading requirements
  • Act as an escalation point for FIX-related production issues and drive root-cause analysis and resolution
  • Document FIX workflows, integration specs, and operational playbooks to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing; lead the migration of connection records into Salesforce and establish ticketed workflows and reporting
  • Ensure all FIX connections meet regulatory standards and internal compliance guidelines
  • Optimize onboarding, testing, and deployment processes to drive scalability and operational efficiency
  • Enable CX teams through documentation, training, and collaborative knowledge transfer on FIX configurations
  • Think creatively, own problems, seek solutions, and communicate clearly along the way
  • Contribute to a collaborative environment rooted in learning, teaching, and transparency

What We Look For

  • 7+ years of experience with FIX protocol, broker onboarding, and trading system integrations
  • Strong background in independently managing FIX certification and EMS/OMS integrations from start to finish
  • Experience with multiple asset classes (equities, options, fixed income) and working with regional trading partners across global markets
  • Hands-on experience with Broadridge/Itiviti and NYFIX is highly desirable
  • Deep knowledge of FIX 4.2/4.4, message formatting, and electronic trading workflows
  • Proven project management skills—comfortable managing many concurrent workstreams, setting stakeholder expectations, and building process infrastructure where little exists
  • Familiarity with trading platforms and EMS/OMS ecosystems
  • Skilled in using UAT and production testing tools for FIX environments
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences—equally at home discussing FIX tag customization with a developer and explaining connectivity timelines to a client’s head trader
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and effective at cross-functional coordination
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing, evolving and growing environment
  • Willingness to learn about cutting-edge technologies while cultivating expertise in a business domain/problem space
  • An aptitude for problem solving and serious interest in having fun at work
  • Flexibility to occasionally support testing outside standard US business hours for international broker certifications

Bonus

  • Prior experience working at a FinTech, trading platform provider, asset manager, or broker-dealer
  • Familiarity with FIX-over-TLS or managed connectivity hubs
  • Fixed income trading connectivity experience
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/ticketing systems for managing broker and client connectivity records
  • Experience contributing to process automation or self-service tools for client onboarding

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
