The Opportunity
As a People Partner, you'll work closely with business leaders at the Senior Manager level and below to support performance, engagement, and development across a specific region. You’ll balance local responsibilities - including employee relations casework - with wider involvement in projects and global HR initiatives. You’ll be part of a collaborative People team focused on building scalable, people-first solutions.
This position reports into the appropriate regional Head of People.
What you will do:
- Act as a trusted advisor to people managers across your business area, coaching them on performance, development, engagement, and policy
- Function as a generalist across the main discipline areas of Human Resources such as Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Total Rewards, HRIS legal compliance, and People Analytics.
- Act as an escalation point of contact for People Advisor role
- Provide support in the creation, updating and applying of HR policies within a specific region with the collaboration of the Senior People Partner, Chief People Officer and Legal resources as needed
- Support most ER cases from start to finish, ensuring compliance with local employment law and company policy
- Partner with colleagues across Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and L&D to deliver a seamless employee experience
- Collaborate and provide local knowledge expertise on Global policy alignment projects
- Support delivery of cyclical HR processes (e.g. talent reviews, performance reviews, compensation reviews, engagement surveys)
- Use data and insights to influence decision-making and identify areas for improvement
- Take part in global or cross-regional projects to enhance people processes, policies, or tools
- Drive consistency and fairness in how people practices are applied locally
Who you are
- Experience: 3+ years in an HR business partnering or generalist capacity, with at least 1 year focused on ER
- Knowledge: Good understanding of local employment legislation and practical ER management
- Skills: Strong stakeholder management, excellent written and verbal communication
- Attributes: Hands-on, strategic thinker with a collaborative approach
- Technical proficiency: Comfortable using HR systems, data reporting and analytics tools
Work Environment & Schedule:
- We offer a flexible hybrid work setup with in-office attendance twice a week, from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Manila local time). There's also room to adjust your working hours earlier or later, depending on business needs or meeting schedules—we value work-life balance and understand that flexibility matters.
